SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are processed within 48 business hours of receipt of your order. If an item that you ordered will not ship within this 2 day period, we will notify you by email to let you know the most reasonable estimate of when the product will be available to ship to you. All our shipments are professionally packed to protect them during shipping.

The Candy Cane Christmas Shoppe reserves the right to modify the amount of shipping determined by our shopping cart as some large or heavy items may require additional shipping charges. If we feel it is necessary to increase your shipping charges from what was reflected on your order you will be notified by phone or email.

RETURN POLICY
OUR RETURN POLICY IS VERY SIMPLE AND EASY! Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return any product with an authorization number from us in its original condition and original box for a full refund, minus the shipping and handling charges. (We are not referring to the packaging for shipment, but the actual item's box.)
